Orders, delivery and product questions

Use the contact form on this page or email us directly. For an existing order, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a product enquiry, include the product name or link, size and colour. Please do not send full card details, card security codes, banking passwords or one-time banking codes.

Returns, cancellations and faulty items

Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order, request a return or report a damaged, faulty or incorrect item. We normally provide the return reference and packing instructions within 1 business day. The reference helps us identify your return; it is not discretionary approval of a valid statutory right.

All product returns, including returns from the United States and Canada, are sent to this UK address. For eligible change-of-mind or wrong-size returns, customers pay the direct return-postage cost where disclosed before purchase and permitted by law. Customers returning goods from outside the UK should obtain an international postage quote to this address before purchasing.
