WSS Sports Shoes, a trading name of WSS SPORTS SHOES LTD
These Terms explain who we are, how orders are formed, and the rights and responsibilities that apply when you use our website or purchase footwear from us.
1. About us
WSS Sports Shoes is the trading name of WSS SPORTS SHOES LTD. Our registered office is Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU, United Kingdom.
We are an independent online footwear retailer. We sell products made by third-party brands. We are not the manufacturer or brand owner, and we do not claim affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any brand unless we expressly state this and can substantiate it.
2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to your use of wsssportsshoes.com and to orders placed through the website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies linked from the website, including our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a mandatory law, the mandatory law will apply.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, including the brand, model, colour, size, price and availability. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Packaging may vary from images where this does not materially change the product.
You are responsible for selecting the correct size and reviewing the product information and size guidance before ordering. If you receive a product that is materially different from its description, your statutory rights and our Return and Refund Policy apply.
4. Prices, currency and charges
All product prices and shipping charges are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the amount charged by us, subject to any clearly disclosed correction before an order is accepted.
If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or conversion charge. For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, local authorities or carriers may also charge import duties, taxes or brokerage fees where these are not collected at checkout. 5. Placing an order and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy the products in your basket. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received the order; it does not by itself mean that we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, inability to deliver to the address supplied, payment failure, suspected fraud, or a legal restriction. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied and that the billing information is accurate. Payment may be authorised or collected when the order is placed, depending on the payment method.
Orders may be subject to reasonable fraud-prevention checks. If additional verification is necessary, we will contact you using the details provided with the order.
7. Availability and order changes
Product availability can change. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer an appropriate option, such as cancelling the affected item for a refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
To request a size, address or other order change, contact admin@wsssportsshoes.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to help before dispatch, but a change may no longer be operationally possible once fulfilment has started.
8. Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver only to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada. Our current shipping charge, processing time, estimated delivery time, carriers, tracking arrangements and customs information are set out in the Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. We will remain responsible for the goods until they come into the physical possession of you or a person you nominate to receive them, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.
9. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. We recommend doing so within 24 hours so that we have the best opportunity to stop fulfilment. This operational recommendation does not restrict any statutory cancellation right.
Our 30-day Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, return instructions, exchanges, return costs and refund timing. UK consumers normally also have a statutory right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods and then a further 14 days to return them. 10. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods
Please contact admin@wsssportsshoes.com promptly if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description. Where the issue is verified and attributable to us, we will provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law, such as repair, replacement, exchange, price reduction or refund, and we will cover reasonable return costs where required.
A request to report transit damage promptly helps us investigate with the carrier but does not remove any statutory right.
11. Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation, use automated systems in a way that damages the service, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, our systems or our legal rights.
12. Intellectual property and brand names
The website design, original text, graphics and WSS Sports Shoes branding are owned by or licensed to us. Third-party product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products offered for sale. No licence to use any intellectual property is granted except the limited right needed to browse and shop on the website for personal use.
13. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment, delivery, review, tracking and social-media services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are responsible for our obligations to you and do not use third-party terms to remove statutory consumer rights.
14. Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability under mandatory consumer law.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, or for events outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.
15. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions may have additional terms, eligibility requirements and end dates disclosed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn before use. Withdrawal will not affect an order already accepted using a valid code.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you retain any mandatory rights and protections provided by the law of your usual residence. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.

17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal requirements. The version in force when your order is accepted will apply to that order. The effective date at the top identifies the current website version.
